Mobile Detail Technician – $800–$1,200+/week Potential + Paid Training

Dunlap Detailing is hiring a Mobile Detail Technician to join our growing team. You’ll work on high-end vehicles, travel to clients, and get paid to build real detailing skill fast.
Most technicians earn $800–$1,200+ per week depending on experience and performance.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Travel to client locations with company-provided equipment.
- Perform full interior & exterior detailing (wash, decon, deep clean)
- Assist with paint correction and ceramic coatings.
- Maintain a clean, professional mobile setup.
- Capture before/after results for quality and marketing.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Some detailing experience preferred (1+ year ideal, but not strict)
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation.
- Ability to work on your feet and handle physical work.
Bonus Certification We Also Look For:
- Ceramic coating or paint correction experience.
- Luxury vehicle experience.
- IDA certification.
PAY & GROWTH:
- $18–$25/hour base pay.
- Performance bonuses (ceramic coating upsells = higher earnings)
- Paid training and skill development.
- Path to Lead Technician role.
